The room is nicely decorated and maintained, equipped with a refrigerator, and the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of tasty hot and cold dishes.

Breakfast was ok.

Under major renovations. No hot water both mornings and no water one day. Elevator broke down on day 2. Towels smell of burnt oil. I would stay away from this place for a least a year. Your going to hear of similar comments for sure.

It is being renovated. I feel hotels should close down and do the renovations so guests are not inconvenienced.

The upgraded room was in great shape and had a super cozy bed. 🛏️ I enjoyed a tasty breakfast with lots of choices, including made-to-order dishes that were top-notch.

Price was reasonable.

I felt the room could have been cleaner. Saw lots of cobwebs and wires hanging out.

It was convenient to restaurants.

This hotel was totally under construction. amenities were limited.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a comfy bed. The location was decent for exploring the downtown area. Very close to the business center. Close to Heinz Field and nearby restaurants. Ate at Scoglio Greentree a few times, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I appreciated staying in this property and its absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location.

Regarding service, it was good with a shuttle to down town.

The rooms with king beds were comfortable and had a nice interior.

There were no other people booked in the rooms around us, so it was incredibly quiet.

The price could've been lower. Also, it was advertised as having balconies, but there was a sliding glass door with a railing immediately outside of it. No balcony.

Everything was excellent. Decent location just off a good fitness center with 24-hour access. Super-friendly staff.

The staff was very attentive during our stay. the hotel's location was unbeatable, close to great restaurants. Our room was well-kept and included a refrigerator, providing a fine experience. the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the shuttle to downtown.

The hotel was not worth the money. The bathroom had mildew in tub and on the walls, the room itself was not very clean and the continental breakfast was sub standard. The only thing that the hotel had going was the outdoor pool.
